How we work
Before the event
- Because we do
not sell products taken from a shelf, with us each program is “tailored”
for each client.
- In order for
us to draft the appropriate program, it is necessary that we first “take
the client’s measure”. Together with the client, we fill in an event
description form (that clarifies important aspects such as: the
objectives, the client’s training or team building history, details
about the participants, the location and so on).
- Then we present
the client a “pattern” (a program proposal based on the client’s
training needs) and together we make the necessary “adjustments”.
Who would like to wear a shoe that matches the person’s foot, but
is uncomfortable as model?
- Thus, we make
sure that every client will leave satisfied and will return anytime
trusting us.
During the event
- Each of our
programs follows the 4 steps of experiential learning:
- participants
go through concrete experiences (in each activity of the program)
- then, they make
observations regarding the experiences they had (each activity is followed
by dialogue and debriefing)
- helped by the
theoretical aspects introduced by the trainers, participants generalize
the experiences they had (in order to be able to apply what they have
discovered to new situations)
- once returned
to their work place, participants will have new experiences , being
now able to equally use the pieces of theory presented and their own
insights.
After the event
- We always keep
in touch with our clients, sending them recordings or photos taken during
the event, or keeping them up to date through newsletters.
- On request,
we can organize follow-up sessions, to show the client to what extent
the experiences lived during the program were transferred to the daily
activity, at the work place.

Where we work
Whatever the desired location (in the mountains, in the delta or at the seaside), we will go there to organize your event.
Collaborating with several tourism agencies in the country, we can recommend the most appropriate locations for your event.
But if you want to take care yourself of finding the location, you will have to consider the following aspects:
- it has to be
an accessible location for all participants (in terms of distance and
means of transportation)
- it has to be
able to accommodate the whole group in the same building or complex,
in order to avoid discriminations
- it has to provide
an appropriate conference room (in terms of equipment and room for all
participants)
- it has to provide
open space for the outdoor activities
- and other facilities
that you may desire: disco, swimming pool and so on.
